With more than 10 years of international experience in operational retail management, I offer training and management support to companies in order to improve their performance: more return per square meter. Dutch retail performance remains behind the European means. The necessary ingredients are know-how, business intelligence and professional organization. Because people make the difference, I combine my retail expertise with communication and management traing.

The foundation is laid by teaching specific know-how and skills. Their successful application is determined by personal effectiveness and communication; knowledge, skills and personality.

In combination with training and management support I provide consultancy for medium-sized retail organization in the set up of their organization structure and human resource management. In doing so, we create a work-environment allowing staff to attain the targets that have been set; good internal communication, clear organization and support by the management.
